Canteen and Cafeteria
Canteen
Keeping in view the importance of a healthy diet, the canteen the menu is designed in such a way to offer nutritious and wholesome food. The Hosteler, Day Boarders and Staff are provided meals of assured food safety and quality.
Cafeteria
To satisfy the appetites of the students and to take a break from their continuous classes, the Institute campus provides the students and with a relaxing and comfortable cafeteria. The whole ambiance of the cafeteria is very soothing and delightful for the students. The cafeteria provides quality food and remains open throughout the whole week. The prices of the food items are fixed by the college authorities and are easily affordable by the students. The quality of food items is regularly monitored by the Canteen In Charge. The College cafeteria is good enough for students to avoid purchases from shops outside the college.
Hobby Club
The Hobby Clubs enable the student and staff to relax and do something they enjoy. These Hobby classes are like small breaks in between stress-filled and hectic academic life. Hobbies can be something that the students can utilize in the later part of their life. Hobbies helps in all round development of the studies and are also capable of teaching things that the four walls of the classroom cannot.
Security, Study Tour, Library, Biometric
KITE has always taken measures to address the need for vigilance and security. The safety of our students and staff is our top most priority. With so many incidents of negligence and crimes in the world, we have installed the CCTV cameras at strategic points that function around the clock in the college help check the unwanted activities within the campus. We also have these CCTV cameras installed in all the classroom and laboratories to track each and every event that unfolds in the classroom. Ragging is highly objected at KITE and with CCTV camera installed, immediate action is taken against the intruder and discipline is achieved.
We at KITE believe there is no better way to build grey matter, to learn and understand, than through first-hand experience. KITE’s tailor-made Study Tours let KITIANS broaden their intellectual horizons and expand their knowledge base.
The library is the cornerstone of KITE’s education system; it has more than 12000 books and subscribed Journal along with several online journals. The library functions as an excellent resource center, for students to pursue their academic, research and training interest. The latest Books and materials in the fields of Engineering are subscribed to the library on regular basis. The Highlight of out library is the Scholar Cell which is designed to broaden the knowledge of the enthusiastic students through advanced learning. The library also has a spacious and environment friendly reading room which can accommodate more than 50 students at a time.
Bio metric attendance has become really helpful in streamlining the whole administrative process for teachers and students.
