Purpose‑built spaces that foster dialogue, teamwork, and cross‑disciplinary engagement — from seminar halls to open amphitheaters.
Why Interaction Spaces?
Learning happens beyond the classroom. Our campus is designed with numerous interaction zones where students, faculty, and industry experts can exchange ideas, collaborate on projects, and build lasting professional networks. These spaces support group discussions, brainstorming sessions, mentorship meets, and cultural exchanges — essential for holistic development.
All interaction facilities are Wi‑Fi enabled, air‑conditioned (select areas), and available for booking through the Student Activity Cell.
Key Interaction Facilities
- Seminar Halls – Two AC halls (150 & 250 capacity) with audio‑visual systems for guest lectures, workshops, and student presentations.
- Group Study Rooms – Four sound‑proof rooms (8‑10 seats each) for project discussions and peer learning.
- Student Lounge – A casual seating area with newspapers, magazines, board games, and refreshment kiosk.
- Open Amphitheater – Outdoor stepped seating for 300+ persons; used for cultural events, open mics, and informal gatherings.
- Wi‑Fi Plaza – Landscaped open area with high‑speed internet access and power outlets for laptop/device charging.
- Conference Room – Executive‑style boardroom for 20 members; ideal for faculty‑student committees and corporate meets.
- Creative Hub – A dedicated room for art, music, and drama club meetings, equipped with basic instruments and art supplies.
Booking & Usage Guidelines
- Seminar halls and conference room can be booked via the Student Activity Cell (SAC) with at least 2 days' notice.
- Group study rooms can be reserved online through the student portal (first‑come, first‑served).
- Food and beverages are not allowed inside seminar halls and group study rooms (except water bottles).
- Noise levels must be kept respectful of nearby classes and library silence zones.
- All bookings are subject to availability and require a faculty/committee sponsor for events.
