As Chairperson of Kruttika Institute of Technical Education (KITE), I provide strategic leadership to advance the institution's mission of delivering high-quality technical education and fostering academic excellence. I work closely with the leadership team, faculty, and stakeholders to strengthen institutional development, promote innovation, and create an environment that empowers students to achieve their full potential.
My responsibilities include guiding long-term institutional strategy, supporting academic quality, encouraging industry collaboration, enhancing student outcomes, and promoting a culture of integrity, research, and continuous improvement. I am committed to building strong partnerships that bridge education and industry while preparing graduates with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to succeed in an evolving global landscape.
Currently pursuing doctoral research, I remain dedicated to lifelong learning and the continuous advancement of higher education through visionary leadership, innovation, and sustainable institutional growth.
